Lee is a London based, multi-disciplinary Creative Director specialising in creative direction, art direction, and visual design. With over 12 years of experience working in-house at digital advertising agencies, his respect for design is based on the desire to tell stories through a bold aesthetic. Combining this with the key pillars of conceptualisation and strategy – with astute direction and execution – helps his vision to shape engaging campaigns and content. Currently the Creative Director at Guerrilla Studio
he also operates under his pseudonym Selector Studio. His recent previous experience includes freelance DD roles at BBC Creative, Tommy, a permanent DD role at Stereo Creative, and a Design Lead role at Phantom.

Providing extensive skills in image-making, Lee crafts visual narratives across the changing landscapes of fashion, music, art, and contemporary lifestyle. These visuals form meaningful connections, utilising branding, photography, motion, film and interactive to create culturally aware work that pushes new boundaries. Fully involved in the end-to-end processes of a project, he is accustomed to concepting, strategising, directing, designing, shooting, creating, refining, presenting and delivering.

Inspired by and active in past, present, and future cultures, Lee focuses on these to build original and compelling work that resonates with its audiences. Immersed in the consumer and brand relationship, his motivations come from the ideas and collaborations that define our future. This approach has been demonstrated on an impressive client list of global brands that include Jordan Brand, Timberland, The North Face, Viacom, Ellesse, BBC Creative, Offspring, Hypebeast, Black Butter Records, Adobe, Tottenham Hotspur FC, Nike, Converse, BBC, H&M, Google, Sony Music, Tate Modern, Honda, Grant’s Whisky, and Manchester City FC.
